Our mission was to create an energy bar that was going to Delicious and deliver great natural nutrition. So we set out to create MACEBAR and after many months of trial and error we finally found the correct balance between Taste and Nutrition.


Our primary ingredient are Dates. These little fruits are packed full of carbohydrates, sugars and dietary fibre, as well as vitamins and minerals.

MACEBAR is a 40g energy bar so it was very important that each bar delivered correct levels of Carbohydrates and Fibre.

Dietary fibre adds bulk to your diet, which makes you feel full, aids in digestion and helps to prevent constipation. Dietary fibre is either soluble or insoluble. Soluble fibre is usually found in fruits. It lowers cholesterol, according to the National Institutes of Health.
